as for transvocaltics tips: start with selecting what you want to use as your vocal tics ( words, noises, phrases, etc. ) and start consciously doing them.

overtime it'll be unconscious.

just as a pro tip: careful with certain noises as those could lead to throat pain. one of mine is kinda like a hiccup and it's a nervous tic of mine so then when i end up doing it a lot it feels like a sore throat and i personally just don’t like it.

This ask JUST appeared for me after being a ghost ask for god knows how long. Anyways, here ya go! (I'm doing the TwoTime one because I don't know anything about Norwegians and Google is hella unreliable)

TransTwoTime Tips!:

Stating the obvious first: buy/make a cosplay of TwoTime! The rest of these tips are if ya can't or already have.

Make a shrine to The Spawn! Use a nightstand or small desk and place a picture/drawing of Spawn in the middle, and give offerings (like flowers, jewelry, etc...) To Spawn!

Pray to The Spawn! Probably obvious, but it always makes our TwoTime feel better.

Use my TransHarmed tip post to try and induce memories of Azure or other events in your source!

Try to be more shy/irrational with your thinking in situations. Be overcautious and afraid. ("What if trying to hammer this nail in will make me accidentally smash my finger and it'll have to be amputated??" Type of over cautious)

Listen to more eerie ambient music to induce anxiety and panic as a baseline.

Try to be less social, and head out into the woods (if they're safe where you are and nearby!) more to "connect with nature" (Spawn)

Where a user feels like they are permanently unable to consent to things that occur to them.

This was made for complex nd/disabled/abusive/sheltered experiences in mind, where your caretakers forcefully shelter you from the world your entire life. and when your let out into the world, your made to feel like you cant consent to anything done to you because of the inability to express yourself had completely stunted, or removed the feeling of being able to consent to others actions.

this is not an exclusive term, anyone can use this!

☆ tip: The yellow ring around the being is meant to symbolize the protective layer that was built up over time, yet is surrounded by darkness due to desires to fully be able to consent to things happening to yourself.

☆ updated tip : Has a sister flag meant to be the opposing / recovery flag - perma able to consent !!
