hi! my names reagan and I'm 23 years old. i've been in the shifting community since july 2020 and have learned SO many things and gained lots of new experiences since then. i've had countless lucid dreams, shifting attempts and mini shifts in the past and recently one or two full shifts to parallel cr's!

safe to say I've been through all the highs and lows of the shifting community, my personal mindsets etc. im continuing to expand my knowledge on shifting and my personal journey with it every day!

question your thoughts

whenever i wake up from a “failed shifting attempt” i always have to talk to my brain and remind myself “literally what do YOU know🤨”

like i dont know what reality i woke up in?? there could be so many changes that i havent realized yet. theres MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of realities and im sitting here thinking im in the same exact one i went to sleep in? the chances of waking up in the same reality are probably lower than being in a different one lowk

like girl be so fr you do not know *me talking to my own logical brain*

i learn something new about shifting (and even in general) every day and at one point didn’t even KNOW about shifting yet it still existed and is happening regardless of me knowing about it or not.

so whenever ur brain is trying to tell you something different than you believe, maybe this will help a little!!! idk just rambling my thoughts honestly

i used to fill out like every form back in the day to add myself to other ppls dr’s and im just laughing cuz i wonder if im just there doing crazy shit and i have no idea.

i don’t remember any of the people i had filled out the stuff for so i have nooo idea

me when my coworker is talking to me abt theo nott and asking if i’ve heard of him like he’s not one of my best friends in another reality…

twice last night when i was trying to shift, it looked like my eyes were opening and it was hella bright which is crazy cuz i had an eye mask on and my room had no lights on lol

everything around you is a product of your beliefs. down to the way you look, who your family is, who your friends are, what you do every day, etc. 

belief can alter. belief can change or morph. belief can contradict itself entirely. why? because it's all based on you. 

this means, that you essentially run the world. you decide what happens next in your life. you decide what happens next. you decide. 

once you form your next belief, it comes true. everything you say is a fact, because it's your life. your belief system. your world.

your world, and my world are two different things. the second you decide something new for your world, it changes. i'll still be there, making post and not in the same way I do here,but it's different.

imagine it as a shift. this is why I say you're always shifting, because you are. everyone always shifts. you're not in the same reality you were in two seconds ago, and you won't be in this reality in another two seconds. that's just how the world works.

That's just how your world works.

i have no idea if i was dreaming or i shifted but it was crazy

i like woke up in this random room that was lowkey giving scary vibes. it was like pretty dark and run down but there was a bed in there similar to mine here. there was this game thing that was beside one of the walls but i was scared something bad was gonna happen if i lost so i didnt play it LOL

i was getting really creeped out and like opened the window but it was super snowy outside so i couldnt go anywhere. i feel like i remember being able to actually feel the window and everything

idk then i was just like i need to shift outta here so i was closing my eyes to shift back and then i woke up here

either way super crazy i remember thinking i needed to write everything down after i woke up but yeah i dont rly know what happened

the feeling of finding out about shifting and all the endless possibilities that come with it especially in prime 2020 (despite all the misinformation) is something so indescribable that i truly feel so bad for the people who will never get to experience it
