I just got a record player for christmas (thank you grammie and papa) and holy shit is an experience.

I already had 3 records beforehand that I got from concerts and I love recognizing the songs on them and remembering being at the shows.

Records sound so much different than regularly streamed music. It's pure and gritty and it echoes beautifully.

The feeling of putting a record on and that first song playing is so satisfying.

Dancing around with the windows open, blasting the beatles album my grandpa gave me is so euphoric.

If you're thinking about getting a record player DO IT it's music in it's most raw form and it's so much fun.
