These 4 guys, located in completely different parts of the world (Japan, Brazil, France, and America) must track each other down and assassinate the opposing parties until only 1 of the 4 remains.

The fight has only 3 rules:

1. All 4 parties may use any physical or psychological weapon to their advantage, as well as any kind of leverage or strategy to gain more clues if necessary, with no method or sources of help being off limits.

2. The only information each party is initially given in regards to their 3 targets’ whereabouts is their first name, and a small collection of photographs that give very vague information to the untrained eye.

3. One party must kill the remaining 3 parties within one week or else they will all instantly die.

even assuming he learns shaggy's real name and the death note works on a dog, ryuk could not kill shaggy with a heart attack. the man's immune to them. so ryuk would have to chase them down and they'd turn a corner and when he catches up to them they're decked out in juggalo makeup and berate him for being late for the show and pull him on stage where the special guest stars icp do a song and spray ryuk with faygo and when he tries to chase scooby and shaggy again he'd slip on the soda.
