It frustrates me that people are shitting on 73 yards.

"what did the old ruby say to those people" "why did people run" "where did the doctor go" like seriously people? Do you just want all the answers handed to you? Do you not want a bit of mystery and intrigue in a SCI-FI show that's dipping it's toe into FANTASY topics?

It's emblematic of the times really. Tv nowadays just tells you everything; it doesnt allow room for theories and questions. That's why it seems the theorist channels (especially film theory) are grasping at straws. There's not really much for them to theorize on because almost everything is explicitly stated in the show because no one has any media literacy to think critically about obscure topics.
