since i saw some conversation about the backrooms and liminal spaces being comforting to some people, i thought id pitch in and say we (as a DID system) also experience derealization fairly often, and i (juda) hold a lot of that "this world isnt real" "wish i was dreaming" kind of feelings for us. i feel like i came from a different reality (like many of the people in this system) and the physics and solidness of this world feel unnatural to me. dreamcore and liminal spaces feel more like home.
