Being a friend and role model.

So, the past 16 years has been rough on the entire country. Hard working, blue collar Americans. As one who started out as a woman being raised a duaghter, sister, cousin and aunt. Also a friend who considers friends Family.

Races, ethnicities, origins and creeds also religions matter on or off the field. Bowing or kneeling had nothing to do with disrespect of the flag. The national anthem is still being respected by what he’s doing and he felt betrayed and disrespected.

Our men and women in the armed forces have felt it their calling. To go abroad and serve. The enlistments they get are specific to the task at hand. Go forth and serve!

Each wife, daughter, mother, son , & set of parents who has had or will have somebody in a section of the military. Thank you, and I’m praying for you!

To those that fight daily wars with criminals, fight fires and save lives. Thank you! Cops, EMS, & FireFighters. Also CPS.

Hey Guys. I know posts have few and far between lately. You have the rest time to the things you need to do. Time is always on our side but yet it's always very pointed, opinionated, and always friendly about everything. Problematic? I would say everyone can be at points. Phones have issues, and want to autocorrect. They want to correct your speech, your words before your done typing.

Posting... Work tonight

OMG! Walmart! They have gotten so lame. And told us all we can do what we can. Sometimes there are only 8 of us. Sometimes there are 12. "Success is not measured by how little you do but how much effort you put into doing your job." -- Sam Walton As I am watch people half do their job, not do their job or just plain not let others finish theirs. I'm reminded of how much Sam Walton would have been hands on.

Having a couple days off.

I am excited to spend time working at home helping out. And 😴 oh my word works a beast. Overnights we need people and days does too. Sometimes you have to put your foot down. 3 sections and two areas with two sections and 30 spots in bed & bath alone. Fabrics & crafts & celebrations. 5 areas in fabrics alone. Crafts - kids crafts, adults, scrapbooking, stickers, ribbons. Celebrations alone - 1 row wedding celebrations, baby favors, party, baking and two rows of party celebrations. Bath has kids bath along with options for shower curtains, rods, hooks and bath mats. Tooth brush holders, and small items. Also towels and their wash cloths and hand towels. Also found in regular bath. Bedding - Mattres Pads, pillows, pillow cases, bedding and Childrens bedding. Stationery - reams of paper whole sale or sinlge ream. Pens, pencils, highlighters, sharpeners, & sharpies. Then regular office supplies & safes. Really? That was completely weird and they wanted me to restock mu overstock. What? You got to be kidding me. Thats not fun its a joke. Oh then he wanted me in paper goods. Didn’t end up there.

Customer Service, and the way it should be. I have noticed in 3 years I have been with walmart 3 simple things. 1. Eye contact is key when conversing with people 2. A smile and upbeat attitude 3. No matter your mood don't make it 😠. Happy is best. I know some days I am just not feeling it. Trust me its hard and want to give and pass the buck. I can't its my duty to see it through. Customer service is about the customer and being there for their needs. A customer is our revenue. Its how we build repor within the company and outside with others.

I am trying to figure out why it’s everyone’s business if someone is or isn’t a certain thing or hides their sexuality.  Why does become my business? If they aren’t open, or even close to it leave me out of it. It’s none of my business and it’s none of yours.  

Folks can be for #GayPride without being Gay, Lesbian, or otherwise. I hope that people don’t have such a horrible experiences that they take on other people.  OR even just don’t care about people’s feelings and “Yes, all people have “FEELINGS.” We are human and have feelings, and I know some people get into others like it’s their own. IF they don’t know, then they don’t know.

Walmart

Yes its been two years. I started at walmart in 2013. Next Sep. 17, 2016 will mark 3 years. Hoping some great things happen. Not just for me. For everyone.
