It’s hard to tell who you are if not a reflection sometimes. All your habits, preferences, opinions — are those you, or an imprint someone else left behind?

We're shaped by the people around us, whether we like it or not. shaped, whether they stay close or leave.

Mother taught me how to smile for the crowd.

Bethany proved that some people can see past the happy face.

Lyonel showed me that silence can be louder than words.

Some reflections settle long before you ever get the chance to choose.

The ending was good ❌

The ending was bad ❌

The ending had very little room to breathe and almost no cohesion with everything that preceded it.

You can't spend 2/3 of the story with filler and unnecessary humour and then have Aziraphale and Crowley's choice land.

I can't even think about how their love created the universe -

I'm stuck in the gap between Jesus playing cards and goddamn Misty, and how it ultimately had nothing to do with the book of creation.

I could have accepted a devastating ending

...If the story actually honoured it properly.

i loved valentine's day in middle school because everyone would give valentines to each other, even if we didn't talk usually. I'd get a pile of cards and give them out to my friends, and to bullies too, and get some back.

even if we would be at each other's throats the next day, on valentine's we'd exchange little gifts and smiles. it was like an annual truce among the class and it made me believe that even the meanest of kids had a heart underneath their angry personas
