Voting today wasn't an easy call. Probably the toughest choice I've had in a long time. But with a prayer and faith I sigh in relief because He's in control. This week I've witnessed friends and fellow Christians getting attacked over social media. It was heart wrenching and frustrating because although my response was to comfort the persecuted, it didn't stop the torment, it didn't make the attack stop....I felt pretty helpless, but then God reminded me that I can't be all things. Another member of our home church back in Thailand responded, more eloquently, more kindly and more clearly then I would have ever replied. It was a great reminder that when one suffers, we all suffer... but also that each of us has our own skills and talents. We are the body of Christ and He won't fail. #Christfollower #wearethebody #persecution #patience #helpfromabove

In our study at church today we talked about remembering what you are a part of. In Romans 11 it talks about how the branches reflect the tree they are connected to. Think about it, if Christ is your root, your foundation, then your life should reflect him.
