Do it please. Iâm lonely and my ask box is even lonelier
once in 5th grade my mom bought me this set of like 200 glitter pens because I had mentioned that everyone at school was obsessed with them but I didnât really care for them so the next day I brought them to class and kids started offering to buy them so I sold them for $3 each and I made almost $500 and then I got sent to the principals office and was told I couldnât sell them anymore like sorry that I was a natural born entrepreneur
When I was a freshman in High School our Junior/Senior classes were like 90% stoner kids. When youâre a junior/senior, you can leave the school for lunch if you want, so the majority of the kids would go hot box their cars in an abandoned parking lot a few blocks over during lunch hour. However, since they needed time to air out, they always got back after the kitchen stopped selling lunch, and they, of course, had the mega munchies. I started selling kids homemade baked goods at outrageous prices, but Iâm a great baker so nobody complained. I was making 25 bucks for 4 muffins, and 8 dollars a brownie. I made like 2 grand before the school made me stop selling food because it wasnât a âschool official bake sale.â but my regulars would slip me cash + orders in the hallways when we passed each other, and there was nothing in school policy about giving away food, so I would just bring them their snacks the next day. The school couldnât touch me, I was rolling in dough, and rolling out dough, all freshman year. Find your loopholes, kids.
born entrepreneursâŠ. insaneâŠ
LOL i know two kids like this.
she made some soap and offered some to my dad and said âUh 17, I mean 7âł and I was like no, you said it right. 17.
other one sold bracelets
I know a guy in highschool who made so much money in sophmore year selling cupcakes the school shut it all down.
a kid at my school has a panini-maker so he sells paninis to other students and everyone called him Dan the Panini Man but the campus police people shut him down because itâs not legal to sell food if itâs not a bake sale or w/e so now heâs Dan the Paper Towel Man and he sells paper towels, but with each paper towel purchase, you get a free panini
I THOUGHT HE WAS A MYTH
Rebloggig for the Dan the paper towel man

Attention Roleplayers!
Seeing as it is now Pride month, and since gods and other mythological creatures were literally some of the queerestâą and pridefulâą lads, i now announce the beginning of âMYTHOLOGY MONTHâ.
All roleplayers are welcome to rp as any god/creature they admire or whatever (but always with respect to other cultures guys, pls). You guys could also do gods and creatures from the mythology of shows or movies or comics, which will also be very much fun.
(So far we have greek and norse gods in mind but i am sure more stuff will come up throughout the month. Canât wait to see how creative everyone will get :) )

Why is it cute and trendy for girls to wear menâs flannel shirts and baggy boyâs sweatpants, but when a boy tries to wear anything remotely close to girlâs clothes, they are considered âgirlyâ or âgayâ?
Do you know why?Â
Do you want to know why?
Because our society thinks its degrading to be feminine.Â
GIVE THIS THING AS MANY NOTES AS POSSIBLE. EVERYBODY MUST SEE THIS AND HAVE IT ON THEIR BLOG. HOLY SHIT.
No its because most boys look ridiculous in girls clothes, but girls look decent in âboyfriendâ clothes. Stop trying to make EVERY THING into some form of female oppression.
Itâs not âboyfriendâ clothes. Clothes do not inherently have gender, they are pieces of fabric and no one cares about your hetero insertions. There was a time when it was normal for young men to wear dresses, clothing was much more gender neutral.Â
Cute little boys in their boy dresses!
And dresses and skirts look fine on men:
In different cultures around the world different items of clothing are worn that in many countries would be seen as feminine:Â
And they all look fabulous as fuck, like wow!
The only reason you think so now is because you are socialised differently. Which is ok, that happens, but when you assert things as facts and donât look at any of the culture behind them you looking like an anal fissure.Â
Do not project your issues onto other men, men can wear whatever the fuck they want and look fabulous as hell.Â
YES YES YES!
This is relevant to my interests.
They weren't perfect
Lily Evans didnât like how pale her skin was. Every pimple, rash, dark circle or bruise looked hundred times worse on her skin and she couldnât stand the sun. Instead of having a beautiful tan like Mary she turned red as a lobster as soon as she stayed in the sun a few minutes. She once got a sunburn⊠In January. She regularly used a lot of foundation to cover every redness on her face. Blush was her best friend.
Mary Macdonald didnât like how thin she was. When she looked in a mirror she couldnât help but stare at her bones. She could easily count her ribs without even tucking her belly. She looked fragile and delicate like if someone could crash her into pieces without problem. She once tried to double her food portions in hope to win some fat, but it only gave her a few pimples.
Alice Longbottom didnât like her body. She took weight too easily. When she went to the restaurant and ate too much or when she was stressed her clothes wouldnât fit her anymore. Her stomach wasnât flat and she had more curves than the average girl. She once tried a diet which allowed her to only eat green things, but it never worked so she tried that one instead who said to only eat raw things. It didnât work either.
Dorcas Meadows didnât like her muscled arms. Sure she was proud of them, she had earn them by working hard and it was a must being a beater. However, girls talked. Some said it looked ugly. Some said it made her look like a man. Her crush once turned her off and told his friends heâd never go out with a girl who had more muscles than him. She was proud of them, but no matter how much she said she didnât care about those comments she couldnât help letting them under her skin.
Marlene Mckinnon didnât like her face. Her lashes were non-existent. Her nose was too large for her face. Her mouth wasnât big enough. She had acne on her forehead. She thought she looked ugly without makeup so every morning she took an hour only to apply some. No matter what, she never went out without makeup. Even her dorm friends had rarely seen her without it.
Remus Lupin didnât like his scars. They were all across his body and no matter what anyone said, disgusting. Some were bright red, some had pus. He never took out his shirt in public. He couldnât stand peopleâs face when they saw how ugly his skin was. Every time he saw his scars it reminded him of who he was and he hated that.
Sirius Black didnât mind his appearance. He knew he was good looking and that wasnât being arrogant it was simply a fact. He used his looks multiple times to get what he wanted or to get away with something. However, that didnât mean he liked everything about himself. His family made him feel like if heâd never be worth or loved by anyone.
Peter Pettigrew didnât like being average. Thatâs how he thought of himself. He wasnât as handsome as Sirius or as charismatic as James. He wasnât really ugly neither. He was just average. The kind of boy girls donât pay attention to because thereâs nothing interesting to see. He was just plain, normal, boring average and he hated it.
James Potter didnât give a fuck about any of those things. At least thatâs what he said, but actually he didnât take criticism well. When someone made him a reproach or insulted him he couldnât help but take it personal. He thought about it over and over again, trying to convince himself that person was wrong, but a little voice inside his head would never shut up. It kept telling him it was all true.
They were all insecure about something. They werenât perfect.
