The ‘you’re mature for your age’ to sleeping with a bed full of plushies in your mid twenties pipeline is real

collection of useful things tumblr has taught me:

even if you can't fall asleep, laying down with your eyes closed will still rest your body

you don't have to brush your teeth standing up

you don't have to do any chore standing up, from dishes to showering

you don't have to shower with the lights on

if you can't brush your teeth, flossing and a tongue scraper gets rid of plaque and bad breath

if you can't do that, mouthwash kills a lot of bacteria

eating "unhealthy" food is better than eating no food

you can make the same meal everyday for however long you still want it

some pills come in syrups or chewables if you can't swallow them

kids nutritional shakes can be a quick way to get fuel if you can't eat/don't have time

if walking hurts/exhausts you on a regular basis, canes and rollers are for you, no matter how young you are

we have free will—if doing something "out of the ordinary" makes life easier for you, do it

If you're lamenting the fact that you used to be able to shoot through a 500-page novel in like a day when you were in middle school and now you can't, it's worth bearing in mind that a big part of that is because when you were in middle school, your reading comprehension sucked. Yes, mental health and the stresses of adult life can definitely be factors, but it's also the case that reading is typically more effortful as an adult because you've learned to Ponder The Implications. The material isn't just skimming over the surface of your brain anymore, and some of the spoons you used to spend on maximising your daily page count are now spent on actually thinking about what you're reading!

yeshua's salvation plan.

i dont think jesus,yeshua died for our sins. what he did was he freed his body from the evil and corrupted world. to be one with god, one with god in a way that he's not returning as a god, its a metaphorical meaning that he will attain peace and harmony. his salvation plan is not to save us from sin. his plan is to save ourselves, not from our own sins but to save ourselves from this world, his salvation plan is individual. for those who wanted to attain eternal peace. he was never demanding about it nor threatened people, he just wanted to share his knowledge and inspire everyone about divine love. people needs to know that jesus was not only someone who is knowledgeable about divinity, but he also is a philosopher. the bible has been altered, and revised many times, it was changed to follow the church fathers' vision and mission of the church. not jesus' vision and mission (sadly).
