Please ignore my monkey toes lol. Nobody will know how much this tattoo means to me. Not only has The Beatles been my favorite band since I can remember, this song brings a sense of nostalgia to me. John Lennon wrote this song because it was nostalgic to him from when he was young. Strawberry Fields was a Salvation Army where he liked to play at. For me this song is nostalgic because it was one of the first Beatles song I remember hearing. I've wanted this tattoo for a long long time. This is my first tattoo and I'm very happy with it.
