Emotional support… person????

Ok hear me out (this might not be a crazy hear me out), but Shane is definitely Ryan’s emotional support person. Like sure he does investigations and stuff but mostly he’s there to ground Ryan and make jokes. He doesn’t take things seriously on purpose so Ryan can feel comfortable and not get lost in the sauce. Shane also pushes Ryan out of his comfort zone with their investigations at locations and in their own special way is supportive of each other when they do this.

Ryan has an overactive imagination, ADHD, and some form of anxiety so it’s not far off to say that basically Buzzfeed hired Shane as an emotional support animal… Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.

Watcher tv/YouTube series is, in my mind, a cinematic masterpiece and no one can change my mind. Like it has everything a person could wish for:

Chemistry between hosts

Nerdy and interesting tidbits that is nice to distract ourselves from reality

Still more episodes coming out so we aren't left in a sad heap in our rooms

They are honest and funny and it doesn't feel faked once

I love them even outside of the fandom world, and it needs to be appreciated because a lot of work is required to produce a show like this.
