HRT, Peppers, and Writing, Oh my!

Y'know, I wanna talk about something. A few things actually, since it's been fucking F O R E V E R since I've actually posted here (don't worry, I'm not dead, just busy!)

There's one thing I never expected on my hrt journey. A lot trans girlies I know always seem to crave extra salt. Me? I crave...

I'm curious why that is. Anyone who's sciency able to explain why estrogen is making me become a pepper feind? I've been progressively eating hotter and hotter foods and it just feels so good! Like, my curries now have Carolina Reaper, and if i can find them soon, 7 pot peppers in them ffs!

It's been getting worse with each passing day and it hurts because I keep having to hear my deadname daily...and yet I can't afford to change it yet! I'm also sad because as I lose weight I'm realising I'm gonna lose out on the tiddy I has already...the one thing keeping me not clinically dysphoric!

I'm beyond dysphoric and wish hrt would start working for me and make me look like the girl I am...

I'm too visibly trans to go girl mode but I hate going boy mode...ugh why must I be so ugly?!

Last but not least, my writing has ground to a halt because tbh I don't know what the flying fuck I want to do with it. I'm in a huge mental block and can't get past! Someone pls help...
