It's been too long since I've worked out a muscle in me! So, tonight along with everyone else, we are going to change that! I'm just so sad that I've been so careless and gained some of what I lost last winter :( I'm gonna start setting goals with incentives! For everyone goal weight I hit, I'm going to reward myself. *Fighting* 165: New earrings! 150: Nail polish shelf! 140: Tattoo! 135: Trip anywhere!
Did I mention..?
I won my weight challenge with my girlfriends! Down 12% body fat since End of August. But as mentioned, my journey does not end here. It continues...

Earlier this year I got my license renewed because I turned 25. And all honesty, I just wrote down a number for my weight (who doesn’t lie on theirs?!). Later on, I weighed myself and I was 20lbs more than what I written down! That was upsetting to find out!
Well then in August, I made a decision to be healthier, look better, and live a better life. My journey continues to move forward and it does not and will not end yet, though some days I just think to myself, “Eff that! I’ll just stay fat!”
After a great, big feast last night from celebrating Christmas, I thought I better weigh myself just to check. Turns out, I am now 5lbs lighter than what I had put down on my license! That was enlightening!
As I said, my journey does not end here. I have so much more I can work on. And the best part is that I am not doing this for anyone else, but myself.

Just met another goal last night. More to come! Losing a little is already more than nothing. I can do this, we can do this! *FIGHTING*

During the summer I bought this jean vest, and it would not button up! I'd wear it open. And today, I decided to "try it on" and it fits! It buttons! I'm just so excited. Lol. Ok, sure it takes time to shrink but I'm just impatient. Here's to being in shape!

Hello Friends!
Oh goodness!
It has been too long since I have blog on this page! To keep you all updated, I've started working out once again.. This time (for real), I'm in it to win it! I have been doing T25 with my sister and sister in law for the past three weeks. Along with the workouts, I've been watching my diet and can say I haven't had rice since the beginning.. (actually, I've sneaked in a bite or two but it's not like I need it to complete my meals anymore). I've been trying to drink more water and eat more veggies and fruits. I think it definitely helps that I am watching what I eat.
It is definitely easier to give up than continue pushing through. Some days, I'm like, "I'll just be fat forever" while other days are "We can do this!" I think it helps that I am working out with my sisters. We keep each other accountable and to be honest, I'd feel guilty if I skipped a workout or ate the wrong food. It is so easy to eat, and not know when to stop. Trying to portion my servings has been hard, but it is getting easier.
Well, here's to the #amazingnewme, yet to come.

Just completed 3 miles around a lake with the boyfriend. Feels good, but my time was definitely slower. Gotta pick it up!!

Attempted Insanity again today. I get easily out of breath just during the warm ups! I hope that I get better :(
Anyway, I went for my evening run tonight and it seemed that I ran my fastest mile since I've started running again. Since last week, I have improved somewhat already. I am thinking doing two-a-day workouts helped with that and just consistency. I am really hoping to run even greater distances. Right now, I use my Nike Run app on my phone to track my runs. I love this app! It maps out where you run with its gps, times you, gives you goals, and even tells you how many calories you burnt. I would highly recommend it to others.
Continue to fight and workout! I am determined to shred more pounds off, hope you are too! *FIGHTING*
P.S. If you guys have any healthy meal plans or suggestions, please let me know! I feel I'm eating the same food everyday. Lol.
