What you can do
The people of Iran are begging the rest of the world to amplify the voices of those who are being silenced. Be their voice. Share what's happening. Spread the message.
Mahsa Amini's mother has said "Let the world know they have killed my daughter."
Say her name, share her story.
Don't turn a blind eye. Don't let the world ignore what the oppressive regime is doing to its people. It is time to turn the world's eyes to Iran. This is all they're asking from us.
Let us use our freedom of speech to help the brave people, especially the brave women, of Iran.

I know I’ve been spamming a lot of BS on this blog recently, but this is actually serious. If you don’t know, Mahsa Amini was killed for not wearing her hijab in Iran. That is not okay.
I’m not Muslim, but I understand Islam enough to know that a hijab is a choice. Telling someone they can or can not wear it is wrong, especially if that results in violence. Islam is a very peaceful religion that is against violence and anyone who says otherwise is either non-Islamic or uneducated. Mahsa should not have died over this.
Iran has cut off the internet to their citizens multiple times and they’re having trouble getting the word out. I don’t know if there is any way to help other than to spread the word, do research and make sure people know what’s going on. Iranians and Muslims should not be silenced and Mahsa Amini should not be dead. Reblog or make your own post, please.
THIS IS NOT OKAY
