That chapter is so bittersweet, definitely one of my favorites, the story gets so interesting after though but yeah I had to put the book down to avoid Paul's sad ending 😭

Although Paul's ending was very bittersweet too (I'm not gonna spoil it though)

Look, put anne shirley couthbert and paul bäumer in the same room, what is happening? What are they talking about? Do they have similar philosophies or opinions? Do they have similar hobbies???

(I'm only asking this because I analyze both characters quite often and to me they're kinda similar, it's probably because I heavily relate to both of them but as I'm engaging with both characters I spot similarities...🤔 i wanna know what others think..)
