Okay I have decided to post some of my art fight attacks on here and add some commentary for
reflection
purposes.
Let’s start with the first one. So the first attack I made is @ratz09’s amazing character Tsukarete who I drew with a reference from Look Back by Fujimoto.
(ratz09 on Art Fight as well, who was kind enough to send me an attack first which I will treasure forever so thank you very much)
(On that note I’m sorry it uploaded sideways I’m still new to Art Fights and I’m not sure why that happened.)

Based on the manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, this is a breathtaking animated coming-of-age tale.
Look Back is a movie I adore and so I was really happy to get to draw in its style. I think if I could improve anything about it, it would have been good to do line art for the drawing with a manga nib. However I’ve only used manga nibs twice so far in my art and so I’m less confident with them and I’d be worried about spilling the ink on my table and staining it. Hopefully in future works I can use some though.
I will say ratz09 has a very unique style that I find really interesting and I absolutely recommend showing it some love!
Also i loved to draw your oc so much!! I tried my hardest to make it look like them, yet in a different style as my own, and i’m glad you appreciated it!!
