Lu Han, startled, almost leapt a mile. The book that he had been so carefully balancing on his lap, slipped between his legs as he shuffled away. It landed with a loud thud, Lu Han paying it no attention as he stared at the other, like a deer caught in the headlights. His hand rested absently on his heart as it thumped hard in his chest, finally regulating. He stumbled on his words, retrieving the book and placing it carefully next to him. “Oh, Chanshik, I didn’t know it was you. I’m sorry— You scared me.”

He gazed curiously at the other, and then to the door of the boat shed,He feels uneasy, quickly remembering the question the male had asked during his arrival. “I was just ready, studying actually. What were you doing? Nobody really comes to the boat shed… so I thought I’d be undisturbed.” He explains softly, leaning back against the rough paneling  settling into the comfortable silence as he cocks an eyebrow, questioningly.

Oh it was just Luhan. Gongchan thinks that coming to the boat shed for peace and quiet is the weirdest place to go because there are tons of places inside that castle where one could go for adequate studying space.
