Most of the stuff I'll post is going to be Sun and Moon related or random stupid doodles.

A bit of an awareness thing is that it takes a stupid amount of time for me to hype myself up to interact with people, whether it be asks or reblogs or mentioning people when I make fanart so, uh, there may be quite a bit that I do not properly tag as far as people goes and I'm terribly sorry about that. Please have just the slightest amount of patience with my scaredy-cat-ness.

also im just gonna start reblogging this with various updates of my project because it makes it less torturous so prepare to see this a lot

also also i beg of ye, do not tag the creators of the aus/characters im drawing, i will cry /hj. if they find me on their own i'll accept my fate but they probably wont so it's fine and i'll fine

Horns are my new bane of existence on top of butterfly wings, sun's rays, and turn-arounds and i get to do all of those things

I was looking through mass attack rules and idk how i didn't realize that i would have to choose a main recipient until now and its times like these where i wish i had friends with dca ocs so i didn't have to calculate which of the fifteen or so targets would be the best choice without feeling like im pressuring someone to do revenge because i genuinely don't care and AUUUGH kill me now

Three movies, multiple youtube videos and a few playlist changes and i am free of the yuletide curse. Just counts on fingers 14 more parts to go including.. the fairies and the turnaround

i've opted to make a wheel with what i think are funny things knowing nothing about most of the characters im drawing

feel free to guess some of them though a few are quite obvious

and the next horror im working on isssss

when you didn't have the ref when you did the storyboarding or whatever so the body proportions are.. a bit different

he looks so smug about how hard this transition is

i wish i was meaner with the name of the section

Im having to do this one and the leviathan express at the same time for transition reasons and the transition after that would be the train passing in front of them and i.. dont remember what the train looks like.. i think it's a bullet train but i can't be sure and im not gonna go look through the blog for it because that thing is scary big and it would take hours to also just not find what im looking for so... lets hope a dark purple bullet trail with green and pink electricity things will be close enough

today's 3am snack is a 3 layered quesadilla and a monster energy drink

im not sleeping tonight, no rest for the wicked and all that (i gotta get this shit done)

I dont know how to do portraits and it makes me wanna throw my tablet

Why can i never remember how to draw the normal daycare attendant wtf????

so progress has basically stopped because idfk how to draw the regular daycare attendant. not sure how or why, but i legitimately don't remember how to draw them and looking at other people's versions isn't helping

yknow what, maybe i should take a nap because part of the issue may be the very little sleep ive been getting working on this damned thing

after sleeping for a reasonable amount of time for a normal person, i suddenly know what to do, go figure

After having to hunt a new target, the wheel has been updated

it's times like these where i had a magic coloring brush

if you dont know how animation timelines work, each blue box is a different frame i have to color (meant that in a nice educational way not a, like, mean way)

Man titties is only half a second and i am so freaking sad about it :(

yknow.. i was so excited to just draw mr tits that i never thought.. of what.. to make him do.. this is also probably going to be a similar problem with doe, gaia, stella, and cosmos because they're only there for a second maybe

and now i feel bad for how little time they got.. crap

i kinda wanna slow it down but i also want it smooth and don't want to die in inbetween land

Due to being slightly discouraged on the spinny thing due to reasons that im actively ignoring, im gonna pivot to these three and hopefully finish them tonight or tomorrow because they're really easy

also considering screenshotting the tags and then deleting all previous reposts when im done so it isnt polluting my blog thing as much

when you solve the star problem by making a new brush

all three completed, now i just have to do spinny and then i can spin the wheel for the next victim :D

prefacing with the fact that these designs are very cool and awesome and i really like them a lot but oh my goodness the amount of details and stuff is a nightmare to figure out how to animate

ive opted to do warping on the fire and planets and hope and pray that the arcade carpet pattern or whatever it's called and other stuff doesn't drive me insane

i severely underestimated how long and how tedious this was gonna be like, i have the bodies i just need to put the characters on them and stuff and its not really hard but its also 4:30 in the morning and i need sleep despite what i tell myself

IM FINALLY DONE JEEZ that took FOREVER

in all seriousness its not that bad, butterfly and moth wings are pretty flat so i can get away with just.. resizing them and calling it flapping or smth

Im drawing the wings using, yknow, the wing reference only to realize during coloring that the design had changed just enough between the wing reference and latest character refs to be noticeable to me

everything is fine, this is fine, im ignoring it :D

it got worse, i didn't realize the bottom wings' ribbing/veins got changed to match the top and i already finished one set of wings

im going a little bit insane again yayy

after making the most horrifying smearframe i've ever made, im finally done with the fairies huzzah!

also my leg is completely numb

i liked it a lot so i made it a loop but it's only gonna go through once in the actual thing Encke is gonna just be in the side standing there i think, maybe be a lil spooky

they seem to be having fun

once again taking longer than expected but i also animated a whole dance so thats on me

I just realized why this pose seemed so familiar

its freaking MONIKA my ddlc phase be coming back and grabbing me by the throat

one, doing my bet to not be a nerd in the fact that fish don't have nips because that's a feature only on mammals, thus mammary glands and all that, and i know they're not mammals because they have gills and Sun has a side swaying tail judging by the fins at least i think moon has gills i'm mostly guessing

two, none of that matters because they're not gonna be there anyway because i don't wanna put a nudity filter on it so idk why i'm being a nerd about it

i love erasing a bunch of stuff because of arms covering it

at least the stripes will be consistent. not looking forward to doing the tail stripes tho

i need a dopamine hit, like, now so im pivoting to rock that body since that one i have a somewhat clear idea of what i'm doing and theres less movement

im adding stripes and mermaid tails to the list of things i dislike doing/animating

i loveee animating

thats how much memory is being used so far :D

We're gonna pretend i didn't fuck up and make the stickers on one of the guitars dials and we're not gonna dwell on it because i dont have the time

Finished rock that body and fish sun lineart, I'm gonna finish Moon's tomorrow along with colors and hopefully at least get lines done on either the eclipses or the train guys because I lied and didn't actually do them with the fantasy ones

Here's hoping the trusty rusty bucket tool helps speed some things up. Not my favorite because it's not the most accurate but I have three days and little attention span

Who got injured first? Sun or Moon? Did Sun know about Moon's condition at the time?

Sun was injured first but it was the same event that caused both of their injuries. A raid had gone wrong, the opposing crew underestimated in both numbers and strength, though it could've also been a bad tip or even a trap, and the whole event was a clusterfuck. Sun got too close and one of the swordsmen got his eyes before he could disengage and fall back. Moon was distracted by the event and didn't react in time to dodge an oncoming attack from behind. After the ship managed to get away, all Sun really knew at the time was that Moon was badly injured due to the yelling and stuff. He couldn't see what happened and Moon was barely even breathing, much less conscious

Im having to do this one and the leviathan express at the same time for transition reasons and the transition after that would be the train passing in front of them and i.. dont remember what the train looks like.. i think it's a bullet train but i can't be sure and im not gonna go look through the blog for it because that thing is scary big and it would take hours to also just not find what im looking for so... lets hope a dark purple bullet trail with green and pink electricity things will be close enough

Why can i never remember how to draw the normal daycare attendant wtf????

so progress has basically stopped because idfk how to draw the regular daycare attendant. not sure how or why, but i legitimately don't remember how to draw them and looking at other people's versions isn't helping

yknow what, maybe i should take a nap because part of the issue may be the very little sleep ive been getting working on this damned thing

after sleeping for a reasonable amount of time for a normal person, i suddenly know what to do, go figure

After having to hunt a new target, the wheel has been updated

it's times like these where i had a magic coloring brush

if you dont know how animation timelines work, each blue box is a different frame i have to color (meant that in a nice educational way not a, like, mean way)

Man titties is only half a second and i am so freaking sad about it :(

yknow.. i was so excited to just draw mr tits that i never thought.. of what.. to make him do.. this is also probably going to be a similar problem with doe, gaia, stella, and cosmos because they're only there for a second maybe

i kinda wanna slow it down but i also want it smooth and don't want to die in inbetween land

Due to being slightly discouraged on the spinny thing due to reasons that im actively ignoring, im gonna pivot to these three and hopefully finish them tonight or tomorrow because they're really easy

also considering screenshotting the tags and then deleting all previous reposts when im done so it isnt polluting my blog thing as much

prefacing with the fact that these designs are very cool and awesome and i really like them a lot but oh my goodness the amount of details and stuff is a nightmare to figure out how to animate

ive opted to do warping on the fire and planets and hope and pray that the arcade carpet pattern or whatever it's called and other stuff doesn't drive me insane

i severely underestimated how long and how tedious this was gonna be like, i have the bodies i just need to put the characters on them and stuff and its not really hard but its also 4:30 in the morning and i need sleep despite what i tell myself

in all seriousness its not that bad, butterfly and moth wings are pretty flat so i can get away with just.. resizing them and calling it flapping or smth

Im drawing the wings using, yknow, the wing reference only to realize during coloring that the design had changed just enough between the wing reference and latest character refs to be noticeable to me

everything is fine, this is fine, im ignoring it :D

it got worse, i didn't realize the bottom wings' ribbing/veins got changed to match the top and i already finished one set of wings

im going a little bit insane again yayy

after making the most horrifying smearframe i've ever made, im finally done with the fairies huzzah!

also my leg is completely numb

one, doing my bet to not be a nerd in the fact that fish don't have nips because that's a feature only on mammals, thus mammary glands and all that, and i know they're not mammals because they have gills and Sun has a side swaying tail judging by the fins at least i think moon has gills i'm mostly guessing

two, none of that matters because they're not gonna be there anyway because i don't wanna put a nudity filter on it so idk why i'm being a nerd about it

i love erasing a bunch of stuff because of arms covering it

at least the stripes will be consistent. not looking forward to doing the tail stripes tho

i need a dopamine hit, like, now so im pivoting to rock that body since that one i have a somewhat clear idea of what i'm doing and theres less movement

im adding stripes and mermaid tails to the list of things i dislike doing/animating
