Also considering everything else going on with the collector. Though I get why this theory is popular (angst)

it really doesn’t make any sense for it to actually happen. For plot reasons he’s probably just going to be still the same age and height.

Also the shows timing is wonky but a few months is not enough time to make an 8 year old into a teenager

But physical doesn’t necessarily equal mental growth. Even if he did get a physical growth spurt that doesn’t mean necessarily he would suddenly be mentally older

I would know I hit my growth spurt and all that when I was 10.

Physical and mental growth are not tied necessarily together. By your logic I would have been an adult when I was 10. Despite still being a child.

Not everyone gets lucky and doesn’t hit their growth spurt until their teenagers

There are a lot of issues with that kind of idea and it’s kinda gross without meaning to be
