I know that Van Richten has a magic hat and Diaochan (the ✨🌹fighter🌹✨) got a Nat 20 on a disguise kit usage on Ireena. But I like to think of them just wearing Groucho glasses with obviously fake moustaches and somehow becoming completely unrecognizable.

So we met Strahd Von Zarovich in person for the first time, things went off the rails and the DM crashed

My Nexo Knights brain is itching again so I have been thinking about my de-legoed rewrite Aaron being a lot more of a rascal and Clay not liking that. What I mean by that is Aaron using some more underhanded tactics to gain tbe upper hand which might outright go against the Knights’ Code, if not bordering on it. Tactics ranging from throwing dirt at the enemy’s eyes to holding an enemy hostage. I feel it would make for some very interesting conflict surrounding the Knights’ Code itself and give Clay another (maybe more serious) headache along the way. Aaron’s loyalty being questioned even before Whiparella gets thrown into the mix is also quite juicy too lol And Clay would be afraid that Aaron one day takes things too far with his tactics.

You have Lance lacking the conviction but playing by the Code and you have Aaron who’s dedicated but treats the Code like a suggestion. Clay is in pain.

Been working on a ref/better token for DnD Lu Bu (Lu Fengxian in game) and wanted to share a teaser

He’s a human fighter (battlemaster) and he’s become the luckiest character I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing as because no joke he’s been getting at least one nat 20 every combat encounter so far and even rolled 3 (technically 4) 20s in a row at some point.

I dunno why I genuinely didn’t expect him to be a beast already

Told my DM that I would play a normal character, no min-max bs and nothing too crazy, just a human battlemaster who would serve as the party’s tank and reliable damage dealer so things don’t go off the rails. The dice did not listen.

Curse of Strahd log 3?

For the crime of killing Dame Gabrielle, the Durst Manor boss was hit with shadow blade cast by Rosemary the Sorceress, grilled a little by Liz Ardyn the Wizard and then subsequently put into the blender that is Diaochan before Dame Gabrielle rose up from the dead to smite it into a barely alive pile of mush (to which Rosemary finished it off)

Thus concludes the Durst Manor arc
