I don't really know how to process both that he's gone and that the show is done. No more. Like that's it, no more Homelander. How do I pick things up as if nothing happened now 😭

I'm so heartbroken by how much he pleaded for his life. He wants to live so bad. Even with his powers gone he's humiliating himself on live TV just to have a shot at life. How can I cheer that? How am I meant to watch the one guy built by Vought die and cheer as Vought still stands? He didn't know what he actually wanted and abused the world for it. I'd like to imagine that he could find happiness in the mundane had he been given the chance.
