MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS ❤️🩹 HELPLINES ATTACHED IN PICTURE BELOW ALONG WITH NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY.
Take care of yourself. Never take your own life when you have so much potential, talent, ideas, connections.
If you don’t see that many people, then there’s always time to change that, even if it’s online.
If you don’t feel comfortable in your life, there’s room to adjust this unfortunately detrimental plight.
If you feel hopeless or unworthy, open up about it to someone you trust and love. ☮️📶✍️🎶💭 Reflect upon your…
• Times you hurt but still expressed kindness
• When you smiled at someone who needed it
• Something or several things you are proud of
Ask your companion or relative what they like about you/your strengths.
If you are out of ideas or inspiration, remember there are libraries, art galleries, museums, halls, community centres, events, musical events, comic-cons, hubs, festivals, gardens and the entire World Wide Web :) the opportunities and avenues and resources we currently have at our fingertips are the most revolutionary, tremendously convenient and insightful, and glorious cultural realities in history so far.
You won’t get there immediately. In this calamitously volatile, mortifying yet simultaneously majestic world 🌍 it’s hard to know where you’re going. Robust progress and consistency doesn’t emerge overnight. But you are always worth investing in your own growth, capabilities and dedication.
The world is meant to be glowing with a varied myriad of idiosyncratic and culturally complex people accompanied by their agendas and values and principles and ideologies. Don’t force yourself into a box that doesn’t feel right. Be where you belong, where you’re happy, infused, expressive and evolving.
There is always something to live for. Ultimately, cherish the people who relentlessly value and support you for your unique quirks and eccentricities.
Mental health shouldn’t ever be neglected or dismissed or deemed irrelevant. Positivity and taking yourself on a healthier, progressive and imperfect yet valuable journey is part of life :)
