Was rewatching monster and Johan’s voice is genuinely what I think of when reading death note for light. Very soothing and just pleasant to listen to while I like Lights voice in the dub I wish they went for something more like that instead of trying to make him sound like a regular teen. Because he def acts like Johan with how he’s able to talk people into being utterly devoted to him and trying to seem sweet and kinda but there’s also that uneasy feeling that comes with listening to him talk
