i will NEVER watch another 911 episode and this is why.
i know a lot of you are going to call this a tantrum or think that i'm being stupid for my reasoning, and if that's how you feel then fine, but i have watched this show since the very beginning. i've been here for 8 years with this show and i fell in love with all of these characters, but bobby was the one i loved the most. from day one he was a favorite and i loved him because he wasn't perfect. he was this complex, tragic character who experienced so much loss at his own hands and it was a beautiful journey watching him slowly heal himself over these past 8 years.
this man went from hating life. he went from tracking all of the lives he saved in his little black book so he could attempt to save a life in the place of one he lost, so that he could finally reunite with his family and take his own life. he went from being suicidal to finally loving his life and being able to allow himself to be happy, and FIND LOVE AGAIN. this man fought tooth and nail day in and day out to get to a good place and the writers just stole that from him. stole it from his family, and stole it from the audience.
to make matters worse, everything from the last 3+ episodes of this season were very out of character for bobby. from the things he did, from the things he said, none of it was truly bobby and it shows. also...don't even get me started on the fact that you made bobby a FOOT NOTE in an episode that should have been all about him and allowing his FAMILY and the AUDIENCE to say goodbye to him properly.
so yeah, fuck tim miner, fuck the writers at ABC. i hope 911 fizzles out after season 9 because i refuse to watch it again. i'll rewatch season 1-7 when the show is canceled.
