What is #pillowfortsupport?
#pillowfortsupport is a Discord chatroom with varying topic channels, ranging from LGBT, mental health, disabilities, and more. It was created for muns (those who write in the roleplaying community/RPC) as a space to talk about certain concerns, needs, and much more for support, outreach, and safe venting purposes.
Sadly all too often the RPC can become a rather toxic environment. Or perhaps there are difficult issues being faced away from the computer and one doesn’t have good resources or a support system to turn to.
The intention is for this chat to be a welcoming, loving space for those who are struggling, as well as those who seek to hopefully connect with their peers in a positive environment.
As stated in the banner, this is a fandomless chat, meaning those from any community are welcome to join. No bullying or otherwise will be tolerated, and guidelines will be posted on their respective channels.

Oh good Lord.
The wail was like nails on a chalkboard, but, Charlie had long since learned that it’s best to go on the first wail than to face the tantrum ignoring him would cause. In all honesty, they had kidnapped a giant, overgrown child.
He stared at the shattered glass and sighed. “What do you want?”
Elton’s demeanor changed the moment Charlie stepped in his room, a small smile crossing his lips. “There you are, darling. Daddy’s all out of mai thai. Fetch me another, won’t you, peaches?” He stood, taking a few steps closer to the young man, reaching out to touch his arm. “Share a drink with me, while we’re at it?”

“I’m here with Statesman, you may know two of our associates, Harry Hart and Eggsy Unwin.” Lena said, picking a thread off her jacket. “We just like to check in with those who were involved with the incident, make sure that you were doing okay.”
Elton paused, lowering the lipstick as he turned around to face her. “Statesman? The chaps who make that swill of a drink, yes?” He gave a thoughtful nod. “Well, I’m in one fucking piece, darling, and thank Dolly Parton’s tits for that. Now what are you really wanting to know?”
