45 CAL MUG CAKE
This one’s chocolate & cinnamon flavour y’all.
This is a recipe I adapted from another recipe bc it was shit soo, here goes:
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flour (28cal)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (0cal)
1 teaspoon cacao powder (approx. 15cal, I used that raw Mayan superfood stuff but I’m sure any unsweetened cocoa powder would work)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (0cal, this wasn’t in the OG recipe but cinnamon has a laxative effect on me so bonus points for gettin muh bowels moooovin)
2 tablespoons zero cal sweetener (0cal)
1 tablespoon water (0cal, this was milk in the original recipe but milk is a ~fear food~ of mine so idfw milk)
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, cacao powder, cinnamon, & sweetenerrr) and get rid of the floor/baking powder lumps cos they taste gross if they’re left in. It makes sort of a brown powder lookin thing.
Add the water and mix well until it’s smooooooooth af bby.
Microwave for 50 seconds.
Let it cool (it’s really fuckin hot) and enjoy! This is the most important step bitches.
This shit’s b o m b when you’re craving cake cos it’s just about the same texture and has a similar taste. You can of course add some vanilla extract if you wanna be ~fancy~, but I didn’t have any and I’m too lazy to go to the store lmao.

Quarantine Day 70!
✨ hey all! Hope you guys are doing well and staying sane in this quarantine!
I’ve been trying to stay busy and somewhat productive to keep myself sane! Lots of running, yoga, reading, Thea play time 🐱, and watching Friends lol
✨ I haven’t been sleeping well but I think it’s bc of 1) stress, and 2) it’s gotten so hot and so sleeping in the heat is pretty uncomfortable!
I was up at 5:30am so I laid in bed for half an hour then got up to go running to try and beat the heat (didn’t work lol) it was pretty cool and crisp for the first 20 minutes, but then the heat and sun were out full force for the remaining 45 minutes hah! But it felt good to get a sweaty, solid run in!
✨ got coffee afterwards and came home and did my daily self practice morning yoga! 45 minutes of that, and then worked on some upside down inversions for a while. My handstands are getting significantly stronger and I can hold it, steady, for longer and feel good in it. I love yoga so so much ❤️
✨ after that I went online and bought a new passion planner for the upcoming school year!! (Lol it’s not til August but can you tell I’m a school nerd 😬) I’m almost all set for school at the four year I’m transferring to in a few months!
I have my new MacBook on the way (ahhh!!!!), planner, and then in about a week I’ll be purchasing my first ever iPad (I’m splurging and going all in getting the iPad Pro (!!!!!!!!! Fucking YAHSS !!!!!!!!!!) and then I’m good!! I need two devices for my online classes this upcoming year for a few classes, and I don’t want to have to use my phone, so I have the money so I opted to buy a iPad (I’ve wanted one for ages too!!) I’m so stoked!!
✨ Anyways, currently about to read some more of the new hunger games book for a few hours before switching over to watching copious amounts of Friends lol
