Plot summary:
The girl rose to her feet, her tense hands finally leaving the chair’s edge. She balled her hands into fists instead, Seol’s eyes looking down at them. Illyana’s rough Russian-accented voice hit the air again, “What’s your stage name, again?”
Seol looked almost flabbergasted, she was sure. How could she not have heard of her? She glanced up at her, then flickered her eyes back down at her folder she was filling with the papers titled ‘Illyana’.
“Luna Snow.”
“Okay, Luna Snow, see you tomorrow.”
Seol cringed, “On second thought, don’t call me that. Seol is fine…”
Illyana’s smirk on her face almost made her regret taking it back. She waved her off, shooing her out of the workspace and down the hall, “Goodnight, Illyana!”
Illyana raised a hand to wave at her, not bothering to look back.
What a strange girl she was.
