i manually rip the brick i to a few peices so it fits in my bowl better so i can submerge it with as little water as possible (less water = more flavor per broth, stiffer noodles. I like al dente ramen but not raw solid ramen, so it has to be fully submerged to prevent partially raw ramen.) It isnt that much work really, you have to wsit for wayer to boil anyways (okay with microwave i just cook it regulqr but pull it out to stir, but i dont usually have michealwave)
