Since playing Phasmophobia with my friends and hyperfixating on Dispatch, especially Flambert, are the two main pleasures in my life right now, I started thinking about Robert having to dispatch four of his Z-Teamers through a ghost hunt. (This is going to be a long one. Sorry.)
First of all, who is he going to send out?
Malevola is an obvious pick. She's a half-demoness after all, and mentioned some cryptic connections to the afterlife once. If she has any trouble with picking up a cross, there are three other teammates to do so.
Waterboy got proper scared on a similar mission, and Robert doesn't want to put him through anything like that again. Visi, while talking big game, actually is uneasy with everything paranormal, because--quote--she's "the only thing you shouldn't be able to see".
While Phenomaman isn't easy to scare, he is still learning how people per se work, and Robert wouldn't bet on him picking up the nuances it takes to differentiate between dead people that just won't stay dead. (Because, for some reason, it takes different exorcisms for different ghosts, who would have fucking thought. So it's important they get the right one. Awesome.)
Sonar's echolocation is bound to mess with the ghost hunting equipment, and Golem just doesn't fit into the house. (It's a cute little house in a street called Tanglewood Drive, and the owners would very much like to get the ghost out and their home back in one piece). Which makes Flambae a risky choice in any possible scenario.
Prism probably has a good sense for where to put the cameras, but apart from that, her patience is wearing thin. She's still his best guess alongside Coupé, who is actively looking forward to this mission, and Punch-Up. Who can't really use his powers, to be fair. But he should be able to read a fucking room temperature.
Just as luck has it, on the day of the mission, Punch-Up gets hurt bad enough to be sent to the infirmary on the first half of the shift. Mal suggests leaving his spot open, but Robert, already halfway through the journal Mandy gave him, decides to not take any chances. So, despite having a terrible feeling about it, he makes Flambae join the mission.
Yeah, I don't know, something about Flambae running around with a half molten spirit box in hand, saying "I'm talking to you, bitch, are you there?" while Robert is losing his mind trying to identify a Goryo by luring the ghost to walk through D.O.T.S on camera is inherently funny to me.
