“Yup, all set” he said as he came down the stairs to the entrance. ” Today should diffidently be a great day for a picnic, even a professional tutor such as myself needs a day of relaxation” he said with a gentle and happy smile.

“Also Mama, where would you like to go have the picnic? Since i have arrive i ain’t too familiar with the best places for a picnic.” Although Reborn knew the area quite well, but he would rather let Mama pick a place she would like to visit and relax.

Chuckling to herself, she let a small smile graced her lips as she stared at the infant tutor. She knew that he was hiding something big from her, but as mentioned, she wouldn't pry unless he wanted to tell her. Sighing in contentment, she gave Reborn a bright smile in return.

Tilting her head to the side, she silently questioned the statement. Reborn indeed was hiding something from her. Bringing a hand to her cheek, she looked at the ceiling as she thought to herself.

"Hmm~ The park would be nice, yes? The one near Kyoko-chan's house!" She exclaimed. It was a nice, cool and quiet place; except for some occasions in which some children around the area decided to play there for the day.

"Sound perfect, should be a relaxing place to enjoy the weather peacefully." said Reborn with a bright smile, he himself was surprise he did such a bright smile. He thought about it for a few seconds, and began to think maybe he could allow himself to be more human and less a killer around Mama, after all Mama was such a cheerful person he couldn't really stop himself.

” Roger that Mama, i shall be quick then!” said Reborn as he jumps down his chair and walked off to Tsuna’s room. As he moved along he began to think and think like he usual does. “I wonder if Mama could handle the knowledge of me being a professional hitman, and that Tsuna the next Vongola boss” these words repeated in his mind till he finally reached Tsuna room. He was worried about Mama reaction, afraid she may reject him due to what he has become today or sense a change in Mama after she knows. He enters the room regardless and prepares himself, wearing the usual suit he wears, he thought he’d wear one which was extra special for this accusation. One thing stopped him, the question of whether to bring Leon his partner who was also his very own weapon of killing, but as soon as Mama face appeared in his mind he decided to leave Leon behind and headed down to the entrance to meet up with Mama.

Nana had finished packing everything before Reborn even came down. Walking to the entrance, she daydreamed again as she waited for Reborn to arrive. 'I wonder if I should ask Reborn about that...' she thought. She wouldn't pry into his private matters if he didn't want to tell her, but.... She's just really curious...

Biting on her lower lips nervously, she gripped the picnic's basket handler tighter as she saw Reborn heading her way. A smile quickly replaced her worried look as she stood up straight. "Are you ready, Reborn-kun?" She asked with a bright smile.

It quite relaxing to watch and enjoyable.” said Reborn as he snapped back to reality when Mama had spoken and gave a quick reply, along with a reassuring smile. He was still surprised at how he was distracted to begin with and how he didn’t notice Mama turning around noticing his stare. ” I wonder if I’ve become rusty since being in this peaceful environment?” he had thought to himself, but a tiny bit inside him didn’t exacly care. He was happy where he was, with Mama nearby him. Maybe her cheerfulness had rubbed on Reborn as he stayed to tutor Tsuna.

"Oh, I see~" Nana smiled and turned back to the counter. He just couldn't exactly tell her anything, no? Lowering her head, she covered her eyes with her bangs as to block her sad eyes away from Reborn's view. Sighing softly, the woman started making the sandwich.

A comfortable silence hung in the air. Despite being sad that Reborn didn't trust her enough to tell her his problems, she wasn't someone who would let that kind of things to be seen by others. As soon as she finished packing everything, she put the picnic basket aside.

Putting on a cheerful expression just like usual, she turned to Reborn, smiling brightly ever after. "It's done, Reborn-kun! Just go to Tsu-kun's room to prepare yourself first~" She would need to prepare for the picnic herself as well, anyway.

Reborn grabbed his newspaper again double checking the news again, making sure he never missed any vital issue that may effect his plan for Tsuna or to ensure the picnic would be a safe idea. “Weather perfect, minor dangers but can easily be dealt with hardly any effort” he had thought to himself as he goes over the news, but heard Mama’s hum and had lost his focus.

Though he was disappointed he was actually distracted for once, even him a professional hitman can lose his focus with such a cheerful person near by. Before he realized he was looking over at Mama, lost at the thought of been distracted at her cheerful hum.

The sandwiches and snacks had preoccupied most of Nana's mind by now; taking out the bread from the plastic, putting all of the ingredients on the kitchen counter, preparing the knives, butter and so on. Still humming to herself, she was about to ask Reborn if he would like some tomatoes in his sandwich when she noticed the onyx eyes looking at her.

A blink. "Ara, is there something wrong, Reborn-kun?" Nana asked, worrying about the infant's condition.

“Well, you deserve all the praises for your hard working at keep this family well fed and always being cheerful.” Reborn meant it as well as he show a smile, he knew Mama worked hard to keep everyone safe and healthy in her own ways. She was a kind mother who care for her family, and Reborn liked this about her, he was able to feel at ease around her.

“It more relaxing if there a cheerful person such as Mama around looking after the family” said Reborn with his usual smile, though of course he still is a killer hitman, and a professional but at the same time he allow some of his emotions to show a bit just this once for now, since it was only Mama.

A chuckle escaped Nana's lips once again as Reborn continued to praise her. She rarely heard him praising people like this, let alone smiling so sincerely. "Why thank you, dear~"

“Hm, well Mama’s cooking always delicious no matter what you make. A simple Bento and sandwiches along with refreshments should serve well for an enjoyable picnic” he said with a joyful smile and slightly excited.

He thought to himself of how it would be like to relax in the nice weather of the sun, enjoying a delicious picnic with a kind-hearted working women. The idea itself was enjoyable for him, and he couldn’t wait but as a professional he is, he can’t allow his emotions to take over him completely.

Blushing again at the praise, she brought a hand to her cheeks in reflex. "Oh my~ You're praising me too much, Reborn-kun~" She said, waving her hand to emphasize her point. Her thought then wandered off to the picnic plan.

"Bento, sandwiches and refreshment?" She thought about it briefly before nodding enthusiastically. "That will be great~" And with another squeal, she was off to wash Reborn's breakfast dishes.

Reborn could see that she was hiding something, but decided to maybe ask later at the picnic this afternoon that they had decided on. “Mama, what will we be having for the picnic this afternoon?” said Reborn as he took his final sip of his cup of coffee and finished his meal, and was content with the meal he had received.

“The weather today should be sunny as well, so says the newspaper” he gave a smile which hold both excitement for the picnic later and kindness.

"What would you like to have?" She asked back, deciding to may be give Reborn the chance to choose this time. She listened to Reborn's words as she took the empty plate and glass away from him.

"That's great then~!" She commented, putting the dishes to the sink and started washing it.

We all Meet

The green haired man shook his head as he took a seat in the farthest corner of the room, not wanting to be bothered nor included in any of the dealings of todays session. Verde tsk’ed, really, this wasn’t worth his time. There was no one here who peeked his interest and of course the more he thought about it, the more irked he became.

Why had he decided to come to this bloody thing again? 

He scoffed as he quickly stood up, the chair screeching as it was suddenly pushed back. He made his way to the exit.

He had much better things to do, than to dilly dally around here.

“Leaving so soon, Verde?” said Reborn has he leaned against the wall next to the exit as if he had seen Verde intention of leaving from the beginning. “Has your mind lost interest that quickly with a quick get together?” he smirked tempting Verde’s mind to stay and find to out what were Verde’s current thoughts about the situation.

Narrowing his eyes, Verde briefly paused, gave a brief grunt of acknowledgment before continuing on his way only for the pest of a hitman to follow him.

Knowing Reborn though, the man would try to convince him to stay or just follow him around and try to get things from him. Reborn gave a smirk as he followed it up with a sentence to get Verde’s attention, “Aren’t you curious at how the arcobalenos have grown so far? They even have developed some sort of new ability.” Reborn had confidence that Verde was always the curious type and had wish to know all there is to know about this world he lived in. Verde is known after all for putting his research first than anything else.

Verde paused in his steps, turning his head to look over at Reborn before giving the man smirk. The green haired man bit back a chuckle and instead he turned so that he stood in front of the hitman. 

“As if I would come here for such nonsense,” scoffed Verde, as his hands went into the pockets of the pants he wore. “As if I would risk myself just to find out what the rest of you could do. Would you honestly expect me to come here without knowing what you all can do?” 

And this time he did chuckle. Verde turned on his heel and continued his way out. Sadly he knew that wasn’t enough to get Reborn off his back. ‘Such a pest this man.’

"I wonder how positive you are about that. We may be cursed but were still human in a way, and humans do adapt and evolve to increase their skills." said Reborn reveal a bit of his knowledgeable side to see if Verde would pick it up, though he knew that Verde hold quite a lot of deeper knowledge.

"We arcobalenos are known as the strongest, we gotta keep moving forward not allowing anyone to surpass us" he said as finishing himself and to wait for Verde's reaction to his response.

As Reborn ate his delicious meal he noticed that something had appeared in Mama’s thoughts and became slightly worried, he couldn’t fully read a humans mind after all plus women were known as complicated people as well. “Mama, if there anything troubling you, you can always ask me for help.” said Reborn as he gave a gentle smile and raised his cup of coffee up a bit to take a sip to add a bit of coolness to himself.

“I may be tutoring Tsuna, but i can always help the rest of the family, especially you Mama.” he said as he looked at Mama, awaiting her response to his words of comfort.

Nana was indeed a bit too preoccupied with her own thoughts that she had almost forgotten that Reborn was there. Snapping out of her thoughts, she looked back at Reborn, swinging the knife that had suddenly appeared in her hand casually. "Oh, it's nothing, Reborn-kun~!" She responded, smiling warmly in an attempt to hide her true intentions.

She couldn't ask him about her curiosity about his true self. She wouldn't ask him if he didn't want to tell her. And as air-headed as she could be, she knew that at least, the reason as to why he didn't tell her was because he didn't want her to know for now.

Reborn took in the scent of the cooked omelet and was delighted by the smell it gave and couldn’t wait to dig in, he also didn’t mind Mama pats at all since he had become used to the family now around him since day 1. He places down the newspaper on the side of the table for later use and began to enjoy his meal. “Mama’s cooking is always a delight to eat” said Reborn as he continue to chew away the delicious food with a content smile, he was happy to be able to eat this food everyday when he wakes up.

A soft pink spread across Nana's cheeks as Reborn praised her. Bringing a hand to her cheek, she smiled at the baby. "My, thank you, Reborn-kun~" she said, swinging the cooking paddle at Reborn in embarrassment. She turned around, facing the kitchen counter, humming a cheerful tone happily.

Though she knew that Reborn wasn't just a normal home tutor, she had decided since the first day she met him that she wouldn't pry into matters that he didn't want to tell her. And of course, the same went for Tsuna, Bianchi, Fuuta, I-pin, and Lambo. Sighing at the thought, she took out some lettuce from the refrigerator, washing it as she waited for Reborn to finish eating.
