I am so jealous of this beautiful friend my ldr significant other has..worst part is i can't really trust that nothing would ever happen between them. During break I know they will be hanging out and i feel so selfish bc they are friends but it's killing me inside. How can I stop this from totally eating me alive. i can't get any sleep over it. :(

I'm so sorry! Jealousy is really difficult to work through. I'd say first thing, tell your s.o., and ask them about it. Let them know how you feel, and dont try to sugar coat it. The more direct you are, the less misunderstandings there are. Dont try to push it aside if its something youre truly upset about. After that, its up to them to respect your feelings. Youve done your part, and thats the most you can do. I hope it all works out. If you need anything, let me know. :)
