These are randomly listed!

1. Stormy evenings. I love nesting in a chair with a book, a glass of wine, and my favorite blanket while a storm rages outside. It somehow makes the experience so much better. 

2. Organized stationery. I’m not sure why on this one but seeing color-coordinated pens or clean sheets of journals that like to pop up on studyblrs is both incredibly calming and makes me feel at ease. 

3. Group chats on Xbox. I’ve got a really good group of friends here in the city and elsewhere and after work we usually all log on to talk or play games. Eases a lot of the stress from the day and lets us hang out together even if we’re states apart.

4. Instrumental music. This has always been an escape for me - If I need to unplug or get away from daily toils, I just start up a soundtrack for a movie/series and let my mind wander. 

5. Editing. Even though this is technically my work, there’s just something so satisfying about finding the mistakes and/or making things uniform with a set of rules that I like. The thrill of being able to make a living doing what I’ve always wanted to do is enough to keep me on a high for days.

I have...not been on this site for months. I’m not sure who is here anymore and who has managed the miracle of migrating on to another site. If you’re interested in this, go for it!
