bungo stray dogs is like. okay here are these silly characters based loosely off of authors aren't they silly? okay here's how a cycle of horrific abuse affects most of them and btw some of them will never be able to heal from this in any meaningful way. ok now there's vampires because we realized bram stoker existed and we just couldn't resist.
I get so easily attached to anyone who shows me even a scrap of affection. and yet here I am with another hyperfixation on someone who talks to me daily, who laughs at my jokes, who asks if I'm okay - who does the bare minimum and I love them. who does more than just the bare minimum too, and I love them even more.
I hope I don't just ruin this friendship like I do to all my other ones. maybe they'll grow tired and leave eventually. or maybe they'll realise how disturbing I actually am and leave anyway. I hope that's not the case because I never want them disgusted by what I'm truly like. anyways, I love them and they'll probably never ever know who they are ;P
