One last thought....

here i was feeling bad for not being as available as i once was..

Here i was beating myself up for taking time to focus on myself..

The end of 2017 was hard.. not nearly as difficult as it could have been... but still hard..

Now in this year i refuse to apologise or accept responsibility for others undeservingly

I refuse to put other peoples "feelings and emotions" above sound logic and common sense.

I refuse to give of myself and open myself up to people without cause...

I have learnt that I can love freely without putting myself at risk..

I refuse to spread myself thin to assuage the feelings and ego of other people.

2018 is the year of logic and rational thinking...

I will move forward happily even if i must do so slowly.

And even if i must do so alone...
