the world tinted in lavender was obviously a pretty bad sign. jill didn’t know much about this place, but she was fairly sure that wasn’t normal for anywhere. so when it filled her room, panic set in. she wasn’t really sure what to do about it, though, aside from going to her door to leave what she thought may have just been her room being affected.
before she could reach her destination, her vision began to fade.
when she next awoke, she was in a familiar home. she felt fear– worse fear than before. …what else would she be afraid of, aside from the argument she was currently in? aside from her life being controlled by someone who shouldn’t be making decisions for her?
a sob wracked her body, and she stormed away from the woman she loved, not caring about the shattering of a vase she heard behind her. she slammed the door shut, forcing herself not to break into a run to get away from the scene.
that is, until she saw someone she knew. but she shouldn’t know them– not right now, not during this. she shouldn’t, but she did. quickly wiping the tears away from her face (uselessly, as they kept falling despite her best efforts), she addressed the anomaly in the scene.
“ boss…? what are you doing here? ”
The lavender haze everywhere was a bit unnerving. It reminded her of a popular horror series involving fog. That didn't mean Dana wanted to live through some horror scene despite being confident in her skills and survival rate. Still... what was going on? What could even produce purple fog? It's definitely not natural.
Even with the fog, that didn't stop Dana from trying to visit Jill and check up on her. She was highly protective of her employees, even if they weren't working right now. They were friends, it's the least she could do. She seemed pretty shaken up when they first saw each other...
Except she was transported to an entirely different place. It didn't look like anywhere she's seen so far, but it felt familiar... like they were back in Glitch City. Jill was here but... she heard screaming and something shattering. Is everything okay? Didn't help when the question came up.
"Ah. I just came to check up on you. Everything okay...?" She wasn't sure what was going on, but she knew it wasn't good.
