SCP article I just read where a researcher gaslights and abuses a coworker and forces her to go through the mind-erasing procedure, and it's treated like a tragedy, but they can't charge him because he's already retired and had his own memories erased, and it's like, the Foundation not only has means of completely undoing memory loss, they are petty enough to drag someone out of retirement to punish them over misuse and tampering of company equipment, even before you got into the abuse
