he’s baffled by several things - stupid head, first of all, this small child wandering alone, and this small child also threatening him. he doesn’t try for having her ask politely - it’s not his job. instead, he bangs on the vending machine, frowning. ❛ well, bad news for me and my glasses, it looks like it’s stuck. donezo, have - to - call - a - mechanic stuck. ❜

the solitude of prime numbers. / open.

in mogar’s eyes, it’s hard to sleep when you’re working pretty much around the clock for your brother. the city is ridden with crime, obsessed with the idea of chaos, never having a day of peace. he supposes he’s a part of the problem, but he’s a firm believer in the fact that it has to get better before it gets worse ( then again, how much worse does it have to get? at what point do you quit? at one point do you say ‘ i’m done? ‘ ). 

in such a harsh world, ray is his soft getaway. his escapism fantasy come to life, lifted from words written eloquently in his diary or in love letters. there’s a stark contrast between the gentle domesticity of love, the calm nature of adoration, and the gripping, vivid torture of reality. in some ways, he’s merely a pawn in this horrendously bright city, but if in his life, he can see someone like ray as his king and vice versa... perhaps he can survive long enough to get out of here.

oh, but then comes the question of after! of before. of people and lives you’ve left behind. why go on with the future when you don’t remember a lick of the past? when bloody crowns are all you see in your dreams? when ghosts of those foreign - of those who don’t exist - haunt your nightmares?

... but now his mind wanders, and his boyfriend is still unable to sleep regardless of his concerns. a soft smile graces mogar’s lips, and a hand gestures him over. fingers go to tangle themselves in his hair, carding through it with a hum. ❛ ... that’s okay. ❜ he says, tone as gentle as ever. ❛ i can’t either. let’s be insomniacs together. ❜

cute things abt mogs bc he makes my heart warm:

when he laughs, especially when he laughs Hard, he snorts!! he thinks it’s embarrassing but he gets embarrassed by everything so it’s ok

when he grins he gets lil creases at the corners of his eyes it’s really cute

writes love letters!!! usually doesn’t send them but u know

actually he just writes letters in general. loves stationary. is the type to just compliment people if he feels brave
