For mine, I just call Akira’s the Wildcard quirk but for others I really don’t know since the wildcard ability is quite rare in persona anyway so it would be as such in a mha verse as well. maybe the quirk could be called ‘hanged man; castor type’ since that is shinji’s arcana and persona right?

Hieropahnt or Moon, but yeah I wanted to tie it to his arcana or Castor but I just--I dunno, I need to do more research on Castor and see if I can’t derive something cool for it
