Happy November 5th From Red Finch & Wolf!
*Sam voice* So get this.
I’m just a humble heller coming to you on Destiel Day (if Blaze approves this in time, that is) with a tiny favor to ask.
Can you please check out my planners? Look, you don’t have to even buy them. I get that the ‘print at home’ model might be a pain in the ass. I get that I’m bad at marketing. I have exactly zero sales to prove it!
But views might get me to sales, right?
Several years ago now I was working my ass off, working two jobs and going to school full time, and it was a lot - a lot - to juggle. And I kept spending money I didn’t have on planners that didn’t work, thinking “This will be the one that helps me track everything!” (Spoiler: It wasn’t. None of them were.)
I wanted something to keep track of my schedule, but also online assignments that didn’t have a set time to them (so a standard appointment book wouldn’t work). I wanted something to keep track of friends’ birthdays, because I suck at that, and wanted to be a better friend. I wanted to set goals, and be able to schedule social events on the weekends, and see all of that visually rather than as phone reminders I end up ignoring.
So, I made a prototype version of this planner, and I’ve been improving on it ever since. I graduated with honors, got married, and shared in the shrimp emotions with you all three years ago.
I can’t say the planner did all of that (it certainly didn’t make Dean say “I love you” back) but it helped me, and I would love for it to help other people too.
