resurrecting this blog to share my opinions on recent HRE happenings

Honestly I don’t get why people are making such a huge deal out of it? Firstly, what’s stopping Himaruya from pulling a “Actually, you’re your own big brother!!” twist if he wants to, family relationships in this series make no sense anyways. 

And even if he doesn’t (honest, I doubt HRE will be relevant ever again to begin with) I see people mourning like Gerita is getting sunk? When literally none of the interactions the two ever had in canon had anything to do with Chibitalia/HRE in the first place? As much as I love First Love Pair and Gerita both, there’s so much more to the latter than HRE angst, so I don’t get it when people act like “long lost lovers” it’s the only thing they have going on lel

so yeah the news do not touch me but it’s kind of disheartening to see how the fandom is taking it?

honestly though there is something very deeply and sincerely odd about making posts or google docs or entire blogs linking screenshots of every slightly questionable thing a person has ever said, sometimes stretching back to their early teenage years, and using this as a sign that they are a Deeply Bad Person and that anyone in their radius is tainted by being in their presence. like. this is abnormal behaviour, folks.
