One of the things I  don´t get with regards to giving a house a more “lived in” feeling in The Sims is placing rugs or beds or tables on a slight angle. I have honestly never seen a house where such things are placed arbitrarily. If I have a rug you bet I’m going to line it up with the couch, otherwise it just looks messy.
