To explain the situation, I met emmett in 2025 through discord as his (at the time) girlfriend suggested me and my profile to him, as he is also in the same fandoms as I was, and he wanted to be mutuals because of my Lance art.
I was 12. He has an adult.
We treated numbers to chat better on WhatsApp and after months we started getting into [ERP] roleplays
He did not force me at first, but as time went on, he grew more impatient when I didn't reply to his texts, he kept on spamming me in the groups and he kept shipping smlwiki characters with my characters, which I didn't mind because I consented to the roleplays as he was my "friend"
he also started talking about his girlfriend and talking more about his personal life and how he was a legal adult and that he lived in Texas (from what i remember)
We eventually moved on into discord where I invited him to a server full of my other friends as he was in the same fandom as I was in, and I thought that they would like him, but he soon started posting nsfw stuff there, and simply started chatting on with absolutely NO shame whatsoever and even spoke about one of the roleplays once IN FRONT of people that didnt know they were happening.
KEEP IN MIND. HE KNEW I WAS 12 AT THE TIME.
And he simply kept it going, and he even requested some NSFW art from me, multiple times and kept asking me for requests as well as asking me if I could draw his (then) girlfriend's oc with lance from smlwiki.
He was fully aware that I was a minor and he fully knew what he was doing was wrong. However, he simply refused to let it go and kept indulging in his own little fantasies.
However, I must state that I am not the only victim.
There is a full document of the things he has done and the chat logs prove it. I have my chat logs and so does the other victim
Emmet/vincent a manipulative liar who will lie to get what he wants, even if the person is uncomfortable, he will excuse his behavior by stating he simply didn't know what forgot their boundaries, which is exactly what he did to ME.
There are multiple chat logs on whatsapp with all of the roleplays, and there have even been some video calls where he actually saw my face and completely understood that I was underage and did not set any boundaries whatsoever about my age and kept on indulging
even though he knew he was a legal adult .
He has also stated that he worked as a voice actor in the game "a house for Alyssa" and voice acted the twins
I do not know if that information is true, as he could have been lying to me just to gain my trust even more with his influence
as he also got commissions from one of my idols (F4ky) and also got a custom drawing of his oc "evil emma" from one of my favorite content creators (vibingleaf) so I wanted to be friends with him because he knew the same things as me, and because he had a big online presence, and we bonded really well.
He was more like ...the bestest friend I've ever had, but now I understood what he did was quite possibly grooming.
I left the friendship after he started getting way more pushy with the roleplays, and he kept getting upset that I didn't tell him when I was on voice chat with my other friends in the same server he was in (its visible whos on vc and whos not)
And he started disrespecting my boundaries by talking about hurting himself because his (then) girlfriend did NOT reply to him or was mad at him
(Even though I stated that clearly, one of my boundaries was that I do not like it when people talk about harming themselves to me like it's a normal thing. The second is that he cannot force me to roleplay with him all the time as I do have things to do, I do not like being pressured, and I break down under to much stress)
I might not have some of the private messages between me and him, as he did switch his number and quite possibly could have blocked me
but I have every single group chat on my phone. And everything he said on that discord server is still there.
He's now trying to go under a new name as Vincent on YouTube and on tiktok, and he has seemed to block me and some of my other friends who know about his predatory behavior.
The other victim was my friend who was 16 and he has stated that he "g00ned" to a picture of her. And also sent private pictures to her.
The victim's name is Kaylie.

Even if he was under age, when he spoke to me, he was still much older than me and he new I was 12 years old.

Kaylie reached out to me today, because a few hours before I message them asking if they knew emmet/ vincent personally, because I stopped being friends with them after the whole "breaking boundaries" thing, and then they told me the real truth that I didn't know about
I did message emmett before kaylie replied to me because I wanted to check if their account was still up .or if that account was already dead
I did not know who kaylie was , I just knew they knew emmet/ vincent, so i went on.
Currently I am working together with her and her friend group, so we can finally make his actions come to light, so he doesn't hurt anybody again.
