Here is finally a new public update. This one adds over 20k words to the existing word count. I've edited the first two chapters (things are more polished, and there's new content), and I also added some third chapter things (eg. there's more content in Camilla's sentry scene and you can meet Marcus's sister Gaia).
There will be some typos and grammar errors still, but hopefully a lot less of those now (at least in the first two chapters! The third chapter is next in line). Also, I will make another grammar/typo sweep when the game is complete.
Also also, for your information, the story has continued to move forward on my Patreon for over 350k words (in addition to the existing public 260k words). We're already entering the final chapter, so please check that out if you're interested. There's also, uh, smut. So much smut. Over 140k words of smut (it's been piling up).
Anyway, thank you so much for giving this update a read!
I wanted to work on concepts to show off the different settings in Panthalassa and give myself visuals of sorts while writing. This one is a WIP I'm currently working on of MC's room! ✨
What other decor and trinkets should I add? Maybe some colour to bring life to the room? 🤔
Totally forgot to post some of the art I've been working on (Been so distracted with writing pffft).
But, I finally drew my MC for Bloodlines, Crow Leitch (She/They). Finished Chapter One and I'm already obsessed with all the characters and can't wait to see where the plot takes us. Crow's ready for their John Wick Arc.
100/10. Highly recommend checking out @bloodlines-if by Dream! ✨
Panthalassa is rated 18+ for mature and dark content. Warnings will be below under the cut.
[DESCRIPTION]
Twilight Point is a human settlement founded on the water planet Panthalassa, the perfect home for people escaping the overwhelming lifestyle of earth and looking for a peaceful change. That’s why you accepted a career on Panthalassa as one of their marine biologists.
You’re part of the Field Research Team, often sent out on mundane expeditions to study the local wildlife, find resources, and visit each checkpoint station to perform observations.
What was meant to be a standard trip to North Station turns into a brutal fight for survival when a strange signal on the radar results in half your team being slaughtered, leaving what’s left to crash into the station.
You have the safety of walls and resources now, enough food and water to survive. However, the crash left power running on a minimum, all forms of contact going down and only enough oxygen stored for a month at best.
The team will need to work together to make it back to Twilight Point. Repair what is broken, find a way to restore the power and keep everyone sane as the situation grows more tense. Just so long as what lingers in the water doesn’t decide to come back…
Did it ever leave?

You're properly introduced to Sanguine the night they break into North Station looking more human then the first time you saw them. SYNOPSIS
There is a point in life when someone learns about the ocean, mystery deep waters that either draw them in or terrify them. You were always the ladder, finding the unknown fascinating, it even led you to become a marine biologist.
You made your home on Twilight Point, a human settlement and resource facility founded on the water planet Panthalassa, the perfect place for people to avoid the ongoing conflicts on Earth. That’s part of the reason why you accepted a career at Twilight Point.
You’re part of Elijah Claire’s Field Research Team, Team Seven, sent out on a mundane expedition to Shepard Station for wildlife observation and resource gathering. Simple.
Except… Something felt off about this trip. With the journey being joined by a handful of security personnel, you have a feeling Elijah and the higher-ups aren’t being completely honest with the true intention of your crew’s expedition.
Seems your suspicions weren’t unfounded. When the radar picks up a strange signal, your standard trip turns into a fight for survival. You never used to believe in monsters, until you had to fight one to stay alive.
The remnants leave you and a handful of survivors stranded at Shepard station with no way home, but not all hope is lost, being able to send an SOS to Twilight Point for a rescue team. You have the safety of walls and resources, enough to survive until help is sent out.
However, you want answers.
Find out why the research team was really sent out here. Help keep the survivors alive and sane. Investigate the creature lurking in the water and prepare, it may attack again.
Did it ever leave? Better yet, is it what you truly need to worry about?

Hello, lovelies! I've finally made an account for my projects and IFs! Still under a bit of construction, so I'll be working on that the next few days.
Coming soon...
New Panthalassa introduction post.
New Sanguine Art 🦈
Little sneak peek of my newest IF idea.
Post about some of the wildlife found on Panthalassa!
Panthalassa definitely still takes priority in my writing- but know that vampire cowboys are in the IF project pool.
And so I keep everyone updated, I'm in the middle of making my writing account now for Panthalassa and all my other Interactive Fiction related projects! (Taking my time, so I have stuff to post by the time it's up and ready. 🦇✨)
Since this is meant to be my art account (been more writing and yapping lately pfft) I'm wondering if making a seperate account for Panthalassa/my writing in general is a good idea.
Especially since I have a bunch of art to post, but don't want to make it near impossible to scroll through my blog and find stuff, if that makes sense? I know tags help, but I think having my personal art/stuff seperate from my projects would be neater.
