To make this bloody brekkie, blend ;”:

4 at least teaspoons of chia seeds

3/4 cup of beetroot raspberry juice

1/2 to 3/4 cup of frozenraspberry 

1/2 frozen rhubarb chunks

Pour in your playe, add a dash of plant sweetness and some coconut flakes for fun.
