hot take if you made someone’s life hell then you damn well should have to scroll through a feed reminding you of your actions and how you treated them and also that their. life. does. not. revolve. around. you. (and never should have!)

this ESPECIALLY goes for cases where the victim has just been told to cut them off and move on because nothing can be proved/it’s dangerous to speak out etc. cutting someone off and getting on with your life without any form of validation or justice is an incredibly difficult thing to do. sometimes you actually have to channel it into anger to avoid hurting yourself/the good supportive people around you or being stuck in a loop of nothingness because the person who you built your life around is suddenly just not there anymore.
