what ? is that for real ? omg , now that i got addicted to the show they cancel ? what happens to ben and kate ? that's not fair !

Yes. It was confirmed today by many of the cast members as well as USA Network employees. Unfortunately, if a show doesn't take in the ratings they want, they see fit to cancel even if characters' relationships are left up in the air. It's really quite upsetting that they've cancelled this show along with Common Law.
