Hello, here's an update post after one month (I think) of inactivity. I've privated most of my older content for personal reasons, mostly personal growth. I want to give strong redesigns to a lot of Countryhumans and put more care into their research and learning about them, so longer periods of inactivity are excepted since research takes a lot and I have a lot on my plate already with personal projects and the fact I'm still looking for a job in real life, So there's that. I will try to log in periodically to check out the Tumblr community I have and the mailbox. I'm not leaving! Just trying to shift the way I approach Countryhumans

If you'd like i would be really happy to hear more about your headcannon about Germany having OCD, i think it isn't at all badly done and i quite like it a lot

Aww thank you so much! Honestly I love pyschology a lot but I find writing about disorders intimidating, specially with how much misinformation there is online and how complex they are, research is very important when tackling these topics. But anyways

When researching one thing that struck out to me is routines, I think Germany has mananged to control some compulsions over time with how much therapy and medication he got, But is hard for him to fully escape the same routine of getting up from bed, showering, and going from work. He has to do his routine in the same order and follow repeating patterns, like putting the shower towel in a specific position or walking an specific amount of steps. I don't think Germany in naturally grumpy, I just think he fucks up his routine a lot and that affects his mood, it makes him feel sick, irritated and anxious.

His therapist told him to write down stuff and he took it very literally, He has a pile of notebooks full of routines, reminders, goals and etc. Most of the time when Germany is creating a new routine he tries to leave a little space to engage in something that is outside of work, like a hobbie. Also Germany is a little bit of a hoarder, He never throws away his notebooks because his instrusctive thoughts tell him that those might be useful in the future and that's he's making a big mistake if he gets rid of them.

From what i've seen OCD tends to manifest in many ways, While writing this I was reading experiences from other people in reddit and it's interesting to me how diverse they were. Some people throw away stuff and other are hoarders, some avoid food and some overeat. I have other HCs related to his OCD which are:

Germany often skips meals to make time for work, he can be starving and he will not eat. But, Germany has alcholism tendencies and drinks beer to cope with his thoughts. He often gets drunk just to get brain fog. Same with cigarretes (But he doesn't smoke a lot).

There's a stereotype that Germans often stare at people and I like to headcannon that as a compulsion he has, Like when you're in front of him in the train or at some random place he will stare at you directly in the eye

There's a constant theme with work and socialization, Look, Germany is honest, straightforward and even cold sometimes, but he hates being percieved in a bad light. It makes him overthink a lot, He thinks other Countries are going to provoke him on purpose or attack him. This is why Germany overthinks the interactions he has with other Countries, If he has a disscussion with another Country and he's not able to talk about it on a respectful way he will spiral, It really shows how low his self esteem is and he will basically beg for forgiveness. It's like, He knows he can't be chill with everyone but at least he wants to be in good terms and wants to make sure that Country doens't fully hate him

I think that's all I can think of LOL, feel free to correct me if I got anything misunderstood about OCD. Also this is like, very off topic not related to the OCD at all but to imagine my Germany better, he's heavily based on many skits of Liamcarps. I love his shorts and I used them to make headcannons for my interpretation Germany

I'm interested on turning Iceland into a lesbian butch, This is a very conceptual design I made but I'm thinking of making her bulkier (Just like the other Nordics) and keep her clothes masculine leaning. Also there's Norway I guess. I nailed the anatomy on that one.

User @/50statesandcounting (now @/buckshot horseback) is active on the Countryhumans Tumblr community and recently has been exposed for lying about their age on a Discord server full of minors

The first red flag was the interaction I had with said user in November, When he keep insisting me I make NSFW art of my America. At the time brushed it off as a weirdo and moved on, This also serves as proof he was lying about his age in order to connect with minors and get away with it

In the conversation I had with him, He claims to be 19/20

While In Discord he claimed to be 17, about to turn 18. He had an intro message with his fake age but it was deleted, Minor claims the intro post used to say '19' but it was later changed to '17'.

I have screenshots of the NSFW conversations but at the moment I rather not post it publicly because other minors can see it and I want to respect the victims.

Their Discord ID is 1241210660965187697. Run the /ban command alongside their ID to ban them from your server them instantly.

TLDR; user @/50statesandcounting has been harassing minors and lying about their age, constantly requesting NSFW from minors and having NSFW conversations with them. Block Inmeditialy.

I will update this post as more stuff comes out or I get more proof but please block this user 🙏 if this is helpful they have a particular interest with chubby America which is very obvious honestly.
