i think back to before my pcos diagnosis a lot and just wonder HOW no one ever clocked that i had it. like every ~6 months for four years i would literally bleed so much i had to wear diaper-sized pads and still bleed through in 2 hours and the doctors would be like "idk take advil" in my opinion there should be no world in which a teenage girl losing enough blood to become anemic several times should ever be considered normal
